Sometimes I wonder if I have had any progression, but I do look back at old photos and compare them to new ones, and see how far I've come...
It's reassuring, and helps my anxiety a lot.

Well done marra, it’s always good to look at achievements rather than negatives. Progress doesn’t come easy, and exercise in my experience is the best for anxiety.

That is impressive, EJK. Very impressive, admittedly all I've put my focus on in the gym is cardio, as it's helped me shed a lot of fat, this year is about more cut, before I build muscle
