Sometimes I wonder if I have had any progression, but I do look back at old photos and compare them to new ones, and see how far I've come...

It's reassuring, and helps my anxiety a lot.

Probably a few of you on here who have interacted with me on X/Twitter, if they've been good then great, if they've been bad I apologise, and hopefully we can get on better.
 
Dropping a tremendous amount of weight has done so much for me, I actually feel like the age I am, if not younger, than feeling I'm 10 or 15 years older than I actually am.
