For those worried that Enzo may be off.

He’s had a couple of big clubs previous to us and it didn’t really work for him.
It’s a bit like Paul McCartney joining Genesis. Great talent but not a good mix.

What he’s found with us is the perfect round hole where he fits in.
He’s happy and he’s loved by us all.
What could be better.

Remember, he joined us when we were in the Championship. He was happy enough then but now that everything is going great there’s no reason for him to leave.
Imagine if he went to Man City for example and was spending time on the bench or it was going the same way as his other big clubs because I think that type of scenario must be going round in his mind.
He can’t be short of money although I would guess all of them are due some kind of pay rise.

Yesterday was possibly the best day of his life.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Granite felt more emotional with yesterday than any of his other achievements.
And all the others must have been on a high.

To misquote Jaws, “we’re gonna need a bigger squad”
Enzo (and the rest) will surely want to be a part of this journey we’re on.
He won’t leave.

By the way, Mucky was fantastic yesterday (but there again, weren’t they all)

I really can't see any of our players forcing a move, tbh. If we'd missed out on Europe then maybe a Chelsea etc would be appealing. But now we have Europe and they don't, what's the draw? Probably less gametime at Chelsea, risk of sitting on a bench all year if they're not an instant success, no Europe, less love from the fans. Only advantage would be money but I guarantee KLD will offer them all fair terms with a reasonable exit route if one of the "big boys" comes knocking next year.

If a Champions League team was desperate for one of them then they might go, but I just can't see that happening. As much as I love these lads, they've only done it for one year and were a complete unknown to the league. It's possible they "get found out" next year, or that the team was greater than the sum of it's parts. I can't see a CL club offering silly money for any of them just yet. Now, if they keep it up next year and we're sitting pretty in the top half come January, with one or two real standout performers, maybe then the real "difficult to say no" type of bids will start to come. This summer, I think we're safe.

I imagine we'd be looking for top dollar on any outgoings for first team players which might dissuade bids, have a sneaking suspicion the only one that might fancy it is Noah anyway, Roefs seemed to suggest he was only just through the door and is enjoying it.

Noah would likely be the biggest sale and also arguably easiest to replace.

Rather he stayed at least a year mind.

If two leave I reckon it will be Noah and Roofes … sad if it happened but it’s a possibility

Btw… hope Gertie stays.. excellent footballer and his body language yesterday tells me he was totally immersed in what was going on

aye he proved himself well worthy of a place in the squad but i think he had his head turned when liverpool enquired...it was too late to grab a replacement so i feel that the club 'made a deal' with him, stay till the end of the season then we will help you get the move you want.

there again, his body language changed game by game and he certainly got stuck into the enjoyment of it all so i am full of hope that an offer is on the table for him...either way, the lad can leave with his head held high if he chooses.

If we didn’t get European football I would agree,

But that’s a MMAAAAAAAHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOSIVE reason to stay.

Think it will be fringe players to leave
