Highly doubt we wouldIm scared we go for him
Absolute avoid at all costs
The club won’t always get it right of course, but it does seem they prioritise getting the right characters in if possible.
I suspect he’d be on the ‘wrong ‘uns’ list

What on earth makes you think we could get him?Charlie Cresswell?

Must have been another Turkish owner that recently said his policy would be to buy for £10m, and eventually sell them on for £20/30m.....but lets face it, he's gunna go radio rental and buy every ****er he can isn't he!

I can see the temptation to cash in on Millar with a year left to go if the club are sure they can secure an improvement. Pandur I'm sure will be offered a new deal alongside Giles and Slater. McCarthy if he continues to develop I can see getting another contract.
On the youth side, there's some talent coming up through the ranks. Shehu, Brown and Coyle are the standouts, Stan Ashbee hasn't done badly either but with the lads under them doing pretty well, there's some tough decisions for Richard Naylor to make.
Hoping we have some breakouts from the u18s who seem to have done really well this season...?Sorry to be all James May about this, but we need to keep an eye on these (players with a * have an option of an extra year)

Bang on, for instance Vipotnik, no real upgrade on McBurnie where for me it’s clear Muriqi is a higher level player. Really don’t want to do an Ipswich.Buying quality Championship talent only seems to work if you’re an established Premier League team and you can ease them in. For example, Lewis-Potter going to Brentford was a great move for him and them because he wasn’t thrown into the starting XI straight away. He was even used as a left-wingback in a back five or an attacking left-back in a back four before getting consistent minutes in his preferred position. Contrast that with Greaves going to newly-promoted Ipswich and he and they struggled in the Prem.
There’s no guaranteed blueprint for success. Forest signed a billion players in their first season but it worked in keeping them up and kicking on the following season. Sunderland were a bit more methodical and that has worked too. For us, I don’t know what approach we’ll take. Like him or loathe him, Acun is unpredictable but has the contacts and charisma to get players to sign for us that would probably be out of reach under most circumstances. Dublin and Hodge seem to be more measured but we’ll need both elements if we want to stay up. Çahanoğlu at City is so out there but I think if anyone could do, it would be Acun. Supplement that with some quality signings from abroad and proven Prem players and I think we’ll have a strong squad.
There's uncertainty if it was 3 or 5 years, hopefully the former.
For what?
Well all of it really.
This deal Acun made with Ehab regarding how much he would pay him if we got promoted and in how many years.
I wonder (let's start the rumour) if we had been relegated last season how much would Ehab repaid to Acun?
The point being no one knows so let's stop the silly speculation and guess work.

There was plenty of talk about it at the time, just because there's no newspaper article doesn't make it less true.
Why would Ehab repay Acun if we went down? That's not how add-ons work.
You seem really intent on having a moan today.
What's that some other people on twitter speculating and guessing.
Aye £25 seems about rightJust give Ehab a pony and a couple of polo sticks...sorted.
You're too generousAye £25 seems about right
No, it's other people also recalling the discussions at the time. It's not something I've just made up. But keep moaning.
If we ask Baz and he confirms on his 1904 podcast would you accept that or wouldn't that be fact in your mind?
