Tonda's future at the club

Tonda’s fate will depend a lot upon player reaction too.
I guess, but hopefully when said players take a step back and realize the football they played under him, they will be asking him to stay if they want to be successful. Where were they under the previous 3 or 4 managers. Yes they are disappointed today, but hopefully they see the bigger picture

Tonda to stay seems to be gaining traction.

Anyone who previously voted Sack Him who have now changed their mind, don't forget to change your vote to one of the other 3 options. Let's get 52.3% down to under 50%!

Football is bent as ****, let's not pretend it isn't. He's not commited an actual crime FFS, I would rather he stays and shows loyalty to us for sticking with him than look for multiple managers every season! We need stability and if we show him kindness in his hour of need, he may very well be with us for a long time.

Everyone thinks he is a top manager and when you get a top manager, you keep them as long as possible.

For me it's what gets as much of the starting 11 to stay. They want rid? Off he ****s, they're happy then I'm happy

I’ve thought about it, I really don’t care if they sack him or he stays. There is close to zero integrity in football these days, we were just stupid and got caught. He’s the best manager we’ve had in many years and I don’t trust SR to replace him effectively. At the same time if they sack him and all his staff fair enough.

If fed up with journalists telling us we should be ashamed etc, I just don’t care. We cheated in a marginal way, got caught, now not promoted. Life goes on.

Can you honestly support our club with that man in charge? Even if you are ok with cheating, we could be playing in the final today after a long and enjoyable season and we are not.

Regardless of how we (and even the club) feel, pretty sure he will get an FA ban anyway so it’s a bit of a moot point.

If we were in the final it would by cheating under Tonda. You can’t ignore the evidence. Football isn’t a lily white sport, we were just not very good at getting away with cheating. We did it, we were caught. If we got another another manager, will he have skeletons in his closet too. Move on.

I mean, he hasn't killed anyone!

I think he should go but 'that man in charge' seems way over the top.

If he has bullied anyone at all , he needs sacking . As SA said , some things are more important than winning .

Bullying CANNOT be tolerated .

Very much depends on the definition of bullying. Is Salt going to stand in front of a disciplinary panel and state he was happy to do it? Or is he going to do everything in his power to mitigate his personal responsibility? I've seen it in multiple different sectors that I've worked in of junior employees getting caught out and trying to drag a boss down with them.

Now if Tonda was physically, verbally or emotionally bullying then yeah get rid. If he's told them to do something they know they shouldn't be doing, I'd have hoped for them to have the personal fortitude to tell him to **** off, not cry about it later.
