I would like to say I’m surprised that Saints have not put out a statement, but as SR are in charge, I’m not.
It's really bizarre. You'd at least expect a two line statement acknowledging the decision, confirming the club intends to appeal and then the usual no further comment until the process is concluded.

Yeah it doesn't have to be a full confession but really weird to say nothing at all.

I don’t. They aren’t going to be found guilty. Or if they are they will not be suitable punished. Their trophies will not be taken away, they are very unlikely to be relegated and they will still have all the money and prestige they have built

It might be bias but I don’t really consider it the same at all

Worst thing fans could do is turn on the manager. He's put saints back on the map. Ok its a tad arquad right now but come on that season was sensational

Nah, if Tonda was involved, simply put ... **** him. Get him gone. I dont want him in my club.

The season, and all the memories, are ruined and tainted thanks to some very selfish idiotic decision makers in the club.

Of course, we dont know the facts but sounds like Tonda, Spors and Salt are the 3 names at risk.

I understand what you're saying, and the EFL have the powers to pretty much do whatever they want (and we are the sole reason for the punishment) but the precedent they have set for other teams i.e. Leicester last summer who won the Championship whilst in breach of FFP only got a points deduction means that this has essentially come out of "nowhere
I’m not sure what the logic is with the EFL. Cheat or Gain an advantage in one game and you are awarded a loss in that game. That is logical, but gain an advantage in every game and you get awarded a loss in 2 effectively.
I don’t see how we can argue that awarding boro a win in leg one would be grossly unfair and that’s effectively what they’ve done. 4 point deduction for the other cheating instances, ok I guess. But how does that tally up with all the financial cheating where every game clubs are fielding players in breach of the rules? I have no idea.

So if we score a last minute goal from a free kick which shouldnt have been given then the final should be replayed and we should be kicked out for cheating the opposition out of £200 million. Complete difference as this is pure gamesmanship which every team does countless times during each game whereas you’ve spied to gain an advantage to win a game leading to potential promotion. Need to talk about the scale of our ‘cheating’ compared to yours

But that type of cheating has an instant and direct impact on the game, filming training sessions doesn't determine the outcome of the game itself.

Communicate to your dedicated fans as well, you prize bellend.
I would have thought they would be confident ahead of the first hearing! And clearly they fd that one up. Don’t see how on appeal the panel would remove the worst part of the punishment.

If he is involved he has to go, sorry but if he is in any way involved he will be responsible for our club having received the largest punishment ever given to an English football club, everything else he has done this season will be an irrelevance.

IF.

It's not the largest punishment given to an English football club.
