I don’t think regulators are usually that proactive. It doesn’t work like that perhaps.
If they have failed GDPR rules, we don’t need to report it as such as I’d imagine the regulator will be all over it.

Thank you for your patience while we await confirmation of the kick-off time for our Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final. What did they say?
They aren’t usually no, however this is pretty public just now.I don’t think regulators are usually that proactive.
What I am interested in is assuming we don’t get kicked out - what will all these rent-o-gobs in the media and football content creators who’ve been whipping up a storm for views and clicks do. Will they double down? Or will they just let it pass and wait for new stories?
I’m talking about the numerous people across the spectrum of commenters who’ve gone as far as to claim this is “the worst form of cheating possible in the modern game” (such as the video Magic linked yesterday). When it clearly isn’t and doesn’t even come close
Boro won’t let it go easily but what about all the others? The ones who seem to know that loudly calling for the harshest possible sanctions is what will get people to tune in
Hull's statement is a little worrying. Us deleting our ticket info because of Hull was clearly a lie
This one you mean? What did they say?
Well saidLittle part of me misses Cortese for this kind of thing. That would be box office...!
When Gibson says they can .Do we know when the independent panel are coming together?
Think there might be a horse's head involvedLittle part of me misses Cortese for this kind of thing. That would be box office...!

It’s an independent panel because we were never going to come to terms with a punishment Boro would accept. Because they also want rewarding for a tie they knew they couldn’t win (but are bastions of sportsmanship and fair play apparently)Nothing coming from the EFL, shouldn't they be clarifying the situation?
Just noticed that one of the EFL Directors is Neil Bausor - Middlesborough, that may put us at a disadvanage!
It's not the Independent Panel I was talking about, it's the inside information and influence of the Director of the EFL itself. It’s an independent panel because we were never going to come to terms with a punishment Boro would accept. Only EFL issue is that I still think they should be at least able to give a steer as to the potential max punishment (and minimum punishment). And as a result be able to take expulsion from the playoffs off the table. And haven’t. Independent or not. Surely this panel doesn’t have unlimited punishment power.
I think I read 25K at some point?Maybe the ticket delay is that they are giving all the tickets to Hull as a punishment to us.
Edit: does anyone know how many season ticket holders we have?
Lol in the time I asked, I then asked AI and it calculated the same taking into account away fans, hospitality and club officials.I think I read 25K at some point?

AI assumed that we sold out the ST as there is a waiting list so then counted down from 32k
Yeah I did some digging too and saw a figure of 20k mentioned but the club keep the official number under wraps apparently.
