They always say you get the Government you deserve, anybody that votes Reform will understand that too late .
Well labour or Tory supporters never learn by what you say as they have all been rubbish pandering to a small minority of voters at the expense of the majority, take this government now, if labour loses big to right wing parties which way will they go next,
further left instead of the middle to get the majority of voters back.

I’ve absolutely no idea what people expect Farage to do tbh.

He seems to have one policy and, sadly, has absolutely no chance of achieving those aims …

… exactly the same as Brexit which was a disaster before it even arrived.

There are no benefits, after all this time, and it’s made many things worse. But those who voted to leave are still pleased with their choice even though they can’t name anything good that’s come from it.

Apparently half a dozen lawyers and civil servants destroyed any hope of it working.
I am still extremely pleased with the result, go back to what was started

A common market and I would back rejoining straight away.

I would disagree that the local Labour Party have pandered to a small minority. They've done a cracking job on regeneration, stimulating investment which has transformed our City Centre.

Yes i agree to an extent, my main gripe now though the vaux site is a BUSINESS district, so why after building a few office blocks do they decide to add apartments next to the eye hospital. Also I disagree with the council on so many other things that are not improving the city for the majority of the people.

Just out of interest, can you list any Reform policies, other than sending immigrants back? Genuine question.

I voted tory to get brexit done, to secure our borders. Since then neither tory or labour have a feckin clue how to do it.
Shambles all round.
No offence but those three words, 'get Brexit done', were always totally meaningless in my opinion.

As far as stopping the boats is concerned that will continue to be a Europe-wide grind not a quick fix.

Incidentally, if you don't mind me asking, you say 'neither tory or labour have a feckin clue how to do it'.

How do you believe it should be done?

The man who caused the migrant boats has amazingly convinced some people that only he can stop it. You couldn't make it up .

Farage himself admitted he doesn't have the answer in an interview.

Reform claim they'll use the Royal Navy to send all the immigrants back ...

... knowing the Royal Navy won't respond to people who aren't even in power.

Otherwise they'd have to issue endless statements to the Greens, Liberals, Reform, Badenoch and Uncle Tom Cobley.

IIRC, a big part of Brexit was more money for the NHS, Boris 'Bonko' Johnson promised 50 new hospitals and medic to staff it.

The campaigns were just absolutely chaotic with people making so many promises based on guesswork.

It got to the point whereby even the politicians had no idea what they were saying.

The famous 'NHS £350m' bus was a creation of Cummings who called Brexit 'a dumb idea' and Boris Johnson who had no idea what it was about but claimed he wanted to leave, Nigel Farage was a leading figure in the wider Leave movement but the bus was a project of the official Vote Leave campaign, not Farage's rival Leave.eu campaign.

Does that make it clear <laugh>

No i know none of actual reform policies same as every other party, they are all just a bunch of liars with nothing worth the paper it's written on.

So, as you've just said, you're extremely pleased to have voted for Brexit despite the people you voted for being a bunch of liars ...

... see, that's where I wonder what people were thinking tbh.
