A deal involving Noah and Amad would be palatable.

I’d hate to see Noah leave but it’s far easier to fill that role than it is a lefty.

I still can’t see it but he’s approaching ‘I need to be starting’ age and let’s be frank, Mbuemo does offer them more.

They won’t need the money given CL qualification though so any small hope likely hangs on sacrifice, such as Noah in return.

The fav they haven’t given Cas a year after a great season screams they in for a big CM move.

They linked with Baleba but I’d personally have Noah over Baleba all day and night.

Don't want to be alarmist but I'm not sure Amad would be a good fit for Reggie, I feel like defensive work rate is near the top of his demands and much like Adingra, I'm not sure that's his game.

Undeniable truth in this, but Ha’waaaay the Amad!!

Honestly I think Angulo and Talbi will continue to improve next season and be important players for us, Ta Bi a raw but improving option and I'm expecting a fit Traore to get renewed for next season, that's with Le Fee/Rigg/Diarra capable of doing a job for us. For me the big challenge is keeping the squad together rather than trying to add too much to it. (I know that's boring).

Aye for sure. We deffo neees a bit more CM, up top and LB.

There’s definitely scope for a winger though I agree all listed be better next season but by how much?

It’s not boring, it’s exactly right. This squad needs 3 or 4 PL ready additions and we’re ready to go. It doesn’t need any major overhaul, these players have learned from this season and improved. They’ll be looking forward to next year.

Agreed. I reckon we need one winger who is top PL level next season, or capable of becoming it within a short space of time.

I'd be quite surprised if they renewed traore, his entire role was to be a stopgap as they couldn't get who they wanted in the summer, he's not really good enough and when that's the case he should at least be available but that's not even been most of this season.

I think Angulo and Talbi could be very good premier league wingers the season after next (2027/28) but that will depends on a lot of factors, such as receiving lots of playing time, the club continuing to progress and the club and city remaining a good, positive place to play and live. If these factors are in place you're looking at two top wingers in my opinion, bringing in more wingers could stifle that.

They're also two quite different types of wingers from what I can see.

Talbi is rapid so I think the best part of his game is going to be about counter attacks and stretching play, he also seems willing to have a crack from range which is another good quality, things to improve are his first touch and sometimes it doesn't look like he's confident enough to take on the fullback when the ball isn't in motion.

Angulo looks really good in tight spaces, not as rapid as Talbi but looks a much stronger runner, I imagine it would take a strong fullback to knock him off the ball, also seems to be willing to defend which means Reggie will like him.

I'm very positive about both of these, especially Angulo.

Aye I rate both but Angulo looks to have that bit of magic.

Doesn’t solve the lack of left sided conundrum though they both better off the left.

Without the baggage Greenwood would be the perfect signing for us but non starter.

Angulo is probably our fastest player

Was always rapid abroad and shown it here briefly

Against Fulham he gave two lads a 10 year head start and beat them to the ball

Disagree. On the odd time he did play, he looked good. I hope, if we can get him fit, he stays for another year.

Talbi clocked at 35.33km/h against Brighton, our fastest this season.

I don't make this sh!t up.
Talbi is rapid too I never denied that, but one player clocking our top speed in a game doesn’t mean they are definitely the fastest. A lot of things affect like this open space and game scenario, angulo has played around 200 minutes for us.

Angulo is rapid, so is talbi, there’ll be not much in it between them but I don’t have access to that exact number but his top speeds in Belgium have been clocked been 34/35 KM/H consistently too.

Talbi definitely rapid, I'm not sure Angulo has had the time to show it compared to Talbi.

Believe he recorded 35.8km/h at Anderlecht

Not a biomechanics expert by any means unlike Reggie who has a doctorate in physiology and biomechanics, but from a glance they're both very different kinds of runners, Talbi looks light and fast, especially over medium distances and Angulo looks more explosive and muscular, I would guess he'll be faster in short bursts (fast twitch) and can probably be faster over big lengths of pitch, but over 20 yards I'd bet on Talbi.

You'd have to factor in playing for Anderlecht versus a weak Belgian team also where he wouldn't need to defend much, lot's of factors to consider, but my opinion is what it is.
