Poor from SAFC and it's not often I say that ...

If you want to move from hospitality to a normal season ticket, you're not permitted to downgrade. You have to cancel the hospitality one and then join the back of the waiting list. Realistically, you're unlikely to get one if you're at the back of the queue. As quoted above, long standing loyal supporters with a lengthy season ticket history and some with high loyalty points from aways are being shafted if they can't continue their hospitality season ticket.

Given the current economic climate, I think it sucks treating loyal supporters that way.

I've tried my hardest to get it sorted. I've badgered contacts that I know, but sadly it's not been fixed. I've taken so much abuse this last week about it, even though I've done as much as I can. It's been a really difficult week.
Well done Becs. Very tough situation and the fact it’s not sorted is not down to yours and others lack of efforts.

It's a difficult situation Becs, don't take it personally.

I'm currently sending letters to everyone who may help and I won't be letting it rest.

I'm not going to repeat it all but the ticket office manager knows he has things to be worried about.

This post is nothing to do with the previous one, to make that clear.

It's to make my position clear whether that's appreciated or not.

Various entities have been contacted by all kinds of people regarding the ticketing situation at SAFC. We all know it's an absolute disgrace but most of the local media, fanzines, vloggers/bloggers/ etc, branches, etc, are choosing to whistle in the wind, make vague comments and turn a blind eye.

Fair enough, they want to be best buddies with the club, and cover their arses but it's not particularly brave or dignified in my opinion. This is a time when people should have the courage to stand up and be counted, not shy away and hope it all goes away so they can be 'Sunderland's loyalist supporters'.

Some branches have been unfairly sanctioned which should trigger the others to show some resolve and back them up. What's actually happening is that they're hiding away and hoping the club doesn't go for them. The local media have been little better and prefer to comment on Dan Ballard's ingrowing toenail than the terrible treatment of long standing decent supporters.

The ticket office manager is creating a dreadful 'Us against the supporters' atmosphere that's ruining one of the best periods this club has ever had. I'd urge everyone, including the media/fanzines/ branches/ RAWA, etc, to pull together and act as supporters and not in their own self interest.

This club is special, lets keep it that way and not become another corporate entity.

Meanwhile our SLO is in America sticking SAFC stickers on things. Sometimes I just want to shout "give your head a shake man!" at them.
Yeah am lost off with that/those videos, good we're engaging all over.....but bizarre we're doing it at the same time as alienating local loyal supporters & wont engage with them around issues

Ultimately Becs the club dont have to engage or overturn /listen to suggestions, essentially you/groups are powerless, its not a great look for the club in my opinion given the record L1 attendances, unbelievable loyal support, we should be building on what we have, maximising ticket sakes & getting that extension built while on crest of a wave.....there will be ups & downs in this journey, the club would do well to remember that....as thats when you need your most loyal & togetherness

Ticketing for the Chelsea game has been a nightmare, unable to assign a ticket to my dad despite doing it all season, site crashed constantly so think I’ve missed out, so annoying

Read your post and went straight onto the site for tickets for Chelsea. It shows these seats in P18 in the concourse and P6
