CUP COMPETITION
----------------------------
Two of you have made it through to the final of the cup:

(4) jacksk1 v SaintStu (10)

For the cup, predict any 4 teams from those listed below who you think will score the most goals. You also need to select 1 team for your opponent who you think will struggle to score goals. Finally, select one player from any of the teams listed who you think will score a goal.

Blackpool v Burton, Exeter v Orient, Reading v Wigan, Stockport v AFC Wimbledon, Wycombe v Port Vale, Barnet v Cambridge, Barrow v Bromley, Bristol Rovers v Accrington, Colchester v Walsall, Crawley v Gillingham, Crewe v Oldham, Newport v Shrewsbury, Salford v MK Dons, Swindon v Fleetwood, Brackley v Tamworth, Braintree v Carlisle, Eastleigh v Forest Green, Gateshead v Yeovil, Halifax v Scunthorpe, Morecambe v Aldershot, Solihull v Altrincham, Sutton v Rochdale, Truro v Boreham Wood, York v Woking, Alloa v Peterhead, Hamilton v Kelty, Montrose v Cove, Annan v Stranraer, Elgin v Clyde, Spartans v East Kilbride, Stirling v Edinburgh

Team 1 (goals will be doubled) -
Team 2 -
Team 3 -
Team 4 -
Team for opponent -
Goalscorer -

SCORING & RULES
---------------------------
For each goal scored by your chosen 'Team 1' you will score 2 points. For each goal scored by your other 3 chosen teams you will receive 1 point. You will also receive 1 point for each goal scored by the team allocated to you by your opponent. For your chosen goalscorer, points are awarded as follows:-first goal in the game - 2 points, any subsequent goal - 1 point.

If any of the teams that you (or your opponent) select do not play for any reason then 1 point will be awarded.

You are head-to-head with your opponent so the player scoring the most points advances to the next round. In the event of a tie the player with the most 'goalscorer' points will advance to the next round. If this is still a tie, then the points for Team 1 will decide the winner. If still a tie, then 'Team 2' points will be checked, then 'Team 3' and then 'Team 4'. If it is still a tie after all that then a fight to the death will decide the winner (or maybe a coin toss :emoticon-0102-bigsm).

Congrats to our winner this week @tomw24 with 11 points :emoticon-0148-yes:

There were no correct score or result bonus points this week, in fact there were no correct scores predicted at all...!! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

For the goalscorers, Woodrow and Wootton scored at home but there were no away scorers so no bonus points.

The best bonus game this week was Wycombe-Port Vale with 4 goals and LTL and SaintStu both picked that game.

It is also congrats to @Le Tissier's Laces who is the winner of the March monthly league :emoticon-0148-yes:

In the Overall table, The Ides of March still leads the way but they are plenty still in with a chance as we go into the final 5 weeks of the season.
