Roefs, Cirkin, Reinildo, Mukiele, Hume, Sadiki, Jocelin, Mundle, Traore, and Brobbey, you’d assume?

Sounds about right, bans and injuries.

This game has come at the right time really, not taking anything for granted but playing Port Vale is as easy as we could have hoped for in this round and means the injuries and bans are less of a worry in comparison to if we were playing a premiership team in this round!

It’s almost as if it was all planned <laugh>

I really hope we put our best team on the pitch and forget about handing anyone 'minutes'.

This is serious now and a great chance for us to progress, we can't take chances in my opinion.

My only change would be Moore as I think Port Vale will target our keeper with their tactics ...

... it also wouldn't be great if Ellborg was injured while Roefs recovers.

We've won one derby, this season, so the pressure of that is off, we may still win but there are two more next season. Getting to Wembley in the FA Cup would annoy the Mags, winning it would cripple them. A derby win would hurt them for a few months, Sunderland winning a truly major trophy would hurt them for a decade.

Ha'way the Lads, let's win this game in the first half and move on!!!
Preferably play the best team possible, take it serious and treat port Vale with respect, try and win it in the 1st half and then make changes and control 2nd half.

I think Fringe players we could play to give minutes to would still win the game but too many changes could leave us a bit disjointed.

I'm looking for two tickets for my mate and his young daughter if anyone knows of someone with spares.

I'm taking the boys and his mate who's never done an away day before.

Yeah he has but how could you have known that looking at him in that squad facing Portvale in 21 or whenever it was? Because that was the question who would have thought it from there?
I’ve learned in life that positive mental attitude and the determination to face every challenge can work wonders.
