Looks cracking! I’m opening a food place. I have premises where I live in Scotland, but contemplating a move back down south, most likely LBA area. I do bbq meats and chips and burgers and German hot dogs. I use really decent ingredients and my stuff is similar, but different, I make most things myself, inc my sauces, and mix my own rubs and spices. Need to get some opinion on here at some point, which I’ve been meaning to do.
Fully deserved, got to be honest when he came I didn't think he'd be anywhere near as prolific as he has been, but his work rate is fantastic as well, kudos to the bloke, real star for us and a proper leader on the pitch.
