Yeah, I guess. We also have to factor in injuries too though. We were running at a pretty steady 6 players out injured for most of last season bar a few games. Maxed out at 12 players out at one point.

Coming into the last chance saloon I think Ballard's injury will focus the mind....not what we were expecting. That said,it's a goalscorer I'm hoping for!
That,Neil and Cirkin to sign extended contracts, and half a dozen to leave will leave me delighted with this window and where we are now.

I honestly think everyone should be delighted with the window already, I certainly am, I expected 4 or 5 championship players, maybe a couple from a relegated team and a decent boro player, few loans and an 18 - 25 point season. Now that may be where we end up points wise, but to sign the calibre of players (from European reports and international pedigrees, and xhaka ffs), that we have is way above my hopes. If we get another couple in brilliant, but if we don’t the owners have had a good go, and me as a supporter, I’m very grateful and happy, now let’s hope we can get 17th and start the next phase this time next year.

I know next to nothing about this lad --- why are some saying he's poor?

I was one of them, I think I’ve been judging him while playing out of position, not being good enough for Chelsea/Villa doesn’t mean he can’t come here and make an impact I guess, falls into the trust the club bracket for me

I think Disasi is better than what we’ve got

Jenson Seelt has featured in both league games so far FFS

Don’t mind seelt but he needs games he won’t develop into a prem player coming in and out of the side here, get this lad and hopefully Lucumi too and he can go get a valuable years football and come back better for it

He’s had some bad games for Chelsea and Villa, especially when they’ve played him out of position at RB. At CB he’d be a good signing for us, don’t think he’s Chelsea’s level but he’d be a starter for us.

Disasi was quality in France, looked decent early doors at Chelsea and poor at Villa.

Fee would have to be right but certainly worth a look. I guess Singo told us no early doors quite firmly or is asking for too high a salary.

I think we do more business than people think this week after Burnley. We thought we were ‘about there’ but there’s definite weakness and I don’t think KLD leaves us exposed.

Look forward to the game tonight and seeing the new lads, but mainly want to see Riggy get up to speed.

In the games that Disasi has been allowed to play as a CB he's been good. He's probably not a top 4 prem CB but I definitely think he's top half. He was very good for Monaco.

Disasi at CB would be fine. As said before - better than what we’ve currently got.

Yeah I was pretty on the fence as I have seen Disasi have a couple of shockers but as some have said they were at right back rather than CB

He isn't, he was played in a high line at chelsea which he doesn't suit and out of position at RB at Villa.

Not a bad player at all
