I agree with you he did wrong so should own it and move on, was kind of hoping he would take this chance and be happy here if not i hope Coyle has a word with him.

Thing is, my stance on him is less harsh than Brady’s and I’ll back Sergej’s decision but **** like this just makes it incredibly difficult to like him.

Those Instagram posts were self-pitying and cringe. It’s like something you’d see a chav on Facebook post because her best friend shagged her ex.

Sergei does not seem the type to tolerate fools and as some other people have said people do deserve 2nd chances depending on what they did somethings you can't give more chances for, there is no doubt the lad can play and if the manager decides he wants to keep him then it's fine but that message you posted is like a warning what comes next but we will obviously quickly find out if the Manager takes him on.

Along with more self-pitying guff on his Instagram, yes.

The lad needs to show a bit of humility and accountability for his actions. The way it comes across is as if he’s been unfairly persecuted.
Why are you even on his Instagram other than looking for **** you can criticise him for, or criticising the club for considering him.

Lundstrum is a loan it seems. With no fee? Just covering his wages? Hence why the wage restriction has been lifted?

he's such a bellend
once he gets the contract, he'll be soon back to acting like a grade a bellend

Amazing so much grief over what Williams has done yet eff all on serious national issues by many , get your priorities right .
He’s only got to be apologetic / conciliatory to those that he’s close to , being employed by
He doesn’t strike me as very intelligent. Does bad things then wonders why people judge him. Was on like £50k a week at United
Two of those points are irrelevant .

Surely he's not the type of personality that's needed in the dressing room. I'm hoping we steer clear personally.

This is a football forum, why are you surprised people are discussing footballers not other issues?

I’m saying that whilst I love my football as much as anyone and are on this forum , there are some who quite often get ‘offended’ or ‘angry’ over pretty trivial things but keep very quiet when wider issues are broached on other threads .
There are those who are like a dog with a bone trying to find faults with the owner , past players , new signings and loanees et al for what at times appears to be for the sake of it . To be honest I cannot believe that so many people can be so perfect and have been throughout their lives - short memories or hypocrisy springs to mind.
Yet it’s ok to call someone a c*** on here regularly and some recipients have to accept it .

Perhaps because they think there's more appropriate places to get wound up by real world issues?

Criticising footballers on a football forum, deary me.

A couple of things stand out for me. Firstly he seems to blame everyone but himself. Secondly no mention of his driving offences. I’m not sure how open he has been?
I hope I’m wrong but not convinced from this that he has dealt with his demons?
When was that interview, some time ago I'm guessing. Wonder what he might sound like now? As for dealing with his demons, who knows? That's an ongoing process, could take months years, maybe we can help him along the way and get some good football in return.

I’ve criticised a good number of players on the forum but almost always for lack of ability , not learning or not being coached better or for lack of effort or heart - without ALL of the facts and not knowing someone personally I leave it to their employers to sort the rest , it’s not for me to hang them especially based on social media .
