Was we looking a lewis obrien at some point?
Gone to Wrexham now!
You watch, the ****ers will get promoted again.
They'll have a good season - got lots of momentum. Reckon they'll finish top half - but miss out on the playoffs - maybe 8th or so

Is that permanent or loan? Have we got his wages off the books - or are we still paying a chunk of them?
I’d love Birmingham to fail I’m finding there fans insufferableI'm hoping they finish 7th on the last day and Brum finish 1 place below them.

I have no idea about the details, it's just what's being reported here...
After a tricky start to life at the club, Lundstram went on to establish himself as a key player. Despite that, his future has become somewhat uncertain this summer.
Turkish clubs are restricted to having a certain number of foreign players in their squad and as a result, with the maximum number permitted 12.
Before the summer transfer window even opened, there were 14 overseas players in Trabzonspor's squad.
That meant the futures of several overseas players became uncertain, with reports out of Turkey naming Lundstram as one of the players who could be moved on to make space for new foreign signings.
Lundstram's former Gers teammate Borna Barisic looks almost certain to be moved on and he hasn't even been given a squad number ahead of the new season.
Why. They’ve got great momentum and making some good signingsi think wrexham finish 12-14th max this season, which would be from their perspective, incredible

not followed their signings to be fair, but its a hell of a jump from where they have come from in such a short spaceWhy. They’ve got great momentum and making some good signings

remember when we shot up from league two straight through league one, and the championship was a slog the first season
i would wager on them finishing nearer the bottom then the top , though i should probably check the signings before i place that bet...haha

Not convincing players to run harder, be smarter.... hmmmmThey’ve not gone completely mad with their signings though. Some very astute ones. Hardie and Windass aren’t flashy signings but they’re proven in the Championship and didn’t cost a whole lot, especially compared to some of the transfer fees we’ve spent on absolute dross in the last few years.
I also think Parkinson is an underrated coach. His reputation isn’t great around our parts but in hindsight, I think his approach at City had good intentions but he lacked the tact to implement his methods in a way the players would go along with. A lot of what he tried to do at City nearly 20 years ago is standard practice in modern coaching now but he just couldn’t convince the players at the time. I think he’s learned a lot since then that communicating his methods and ideas is just as important as the actual methods and ideas.
I think Wrexham will do alright and I think they’ll finish higher than us.
