Depends I suppose on the extent to which the Board were involved. If, as seems to be suggested, this is Nourry's decision then presumably the Board would have to choose which of them they wish to keep. If they were complicit, ie knew and approved or just stood by in silence, ask yourself what you would do if your employers behaved in that way? Would you want to go back?
I'm guessing Marti's people were trying to find him a new job (with West Brom) while the season was still going on so he was put on gardening leave. It would be good to know what actually happened.
