Fully agree, we need stability, he has done a reasonably good job under the circumstances.
Selles has to be given more time.
He was dealt a crap hand. We were bottom, 2 of our main attacking threats injured. A good pair of January signings in Barry and Matazo - both then out for the season.
I believe he abandoned his philosophy to an extent just to shut up shop and keep us competitive. He thought this would be enough to see us stay up. The supposed telling of some players to look for or other clubs undermined the togetherness he built.
Ultimately, he got us across the line and deserves the chance to go again next season to see if he can get a tune out of a streamlined but more balanced squad.

Just clear this up for me, all this bowlocks about writing to HCST asking them to offer congratulations. .... congratulate them on what exactly...?... on staying up maybe, remember these players downed tools under TW which resulted in us being bottom when he took over.

You could have a coach with the quality of a Jose, Pep, Arne rolled into one and they'd achieve £UCK ALL with the talent available.
There's plenty on here who seem to think clubs can't celebrate significant performances if theres a chance they don't ultimately win a trophy, or celebrate staying up as if it wasn't significant for the club. It's utterly weird and embarrassing.
How to piss on our parade. It’s an absolute ****s trick imo.
The guy has worked a miracle keeping us up. Should be given an opportunity to see what he can do with a full pre season and a sensible transfer window.
Let’s not forget that Selles built a defensively solid team, that didn’t concede a lot. That arguably went a long way to keeping us up on goal difference.
It's the first thing that liam did as well. We haven't got the creative players available to improve that side much. I hope Selles gets a go at next season, we have had enough manager/coach changes. Four or five players in and about ten out at least is what's needed in my opinion.
Have a like for putting sensible and transfer window in the same sentence. Not had one of those for years.
