Are you seriously saying you don’t think governments would try and manipulate their citizens with propaganda?
This has a lot of words in it so you won’t read it. https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/1369118X.2025.2483827?src=exp-la#d1e117 But the term psyops is used by conspiracy theorists to suggest that shady groups of elites are manipulating the population. Like the World Economic Forum - which is a think tank which does nothing more than suggest approaches to modern life - which is now spouted by every easily-led rightwing automaton as the evil mind behind ‘globalism’. This despite the fact that globalism has been status quo my entire life. So, yes, using the term psyops suggests you are the exact kind of person a psyop would work on if they really existed outside the military sphere.
I think the point he was trying to make, was that there are certain giveaways when you find yourself in conversation with people who have fallen down the rabbit hole. The use of the term ‘psyop’ is a clear indicator of a person who has lost touch with reality.
It's really easy to see whenever he has one of his silly ideas where it's come from. Just post it in the search bar in X. https://x.com/search?q=psy op adolescence&src=typed_query
Of course it is. If you start from the premise that he's never had a thought that wasn't given to him by X, you'll not go far wrong. It's quite entertaining to just search on X each time he spouts one of his nonsenses.
Two men contested the final of a women's pool competition on Sunday. Apparently last December, a fencer competed in both the men's and women's category. Some people are fine with this absurdity. What hope have women got to win a title or even fairly compete against other women in the woman's category? It's not just only about physical advantage while competing but missing out on being able to participate in the first place. Women's sport may just as well be abandoned while sporting associations betray the people they are supposed to represent. https://archive.md/AWrVy https://www.spiked-online.com/2025/04/05/a-fencers-brave-protest-against-men-in-womens-sports/
This video, from a couple of days ago, exposes how Trump has been following the advice of Peter Navarro, with regards to tariffs. Navarro has written several books in which he cites an economics expert, to support his ideas. The name of the “expert” is Ron Vara, which is an anagram of Navarro. He doesn’t exist as a separate entity, outside of Peter Navarro’s brain, but Trump has been following his advice. Watch the video and be astounded at how Trump’s son in law selected Navarro to be Trump’s economic adviser.
The media coverage of the tarrifs haa been fascinating. Even Right Wing commentors have been hostile with Trump's decisions and the BBC has almost being as sceptical as Channel Four. There seems to be no end of experts ready to speak out against the tariffs. The only people happy to speak to the media have ben from.the lunatic fringe of the Right. Radio Four also mooted the unlikely scenario of unrelated countries now forming a coalition against the Americans. Probably our best oppprtunity to diminish American power once and for all.
Israel forced to change their version of of the IDF killing of medics in Gaza. They've been boldened by the lack of criticism by the Trump administration. This is surely a war crime to go along with many others in this conflict. Hamas also stand indicted. https://www.bbc.com/news/videos/cj9e22dezeno
It’s because the notion that some sort of incel misogny is sweeping through Britain’s youth is complete fiction. Yet the goverment have jumped on it as if it’s a real issue because it furthers their aims of clamping down on free speech. The data doesn’t lie: A 2023 Savanta survey of over 1,200 UK residents aged 16 to 25 found that while 41% of Black respondents viewed Andrew Tate favourably, and 31% of Asian respondents, only 15% of white respondents did. And all of this is happening against a backdrop where 75% of MI5’s caseload is tied to Islamist terrorism and foreign nationals have become significantly overrepresented in sex and violence offence data: So yes - psyop describes the situation perfectly as they are essentially ignoring reality and attempting to deceive the gullible public about what is actually causing these issues in order to usher in draconian new laws (Far right and Islamic extremism, mostly). It is you guys who are out of touch with reality, not me.
“Out of touch with reality” We aren’t so much out of touch with reality as we all get on with our lives in the REAL WORLD. Our views are influenced by the REAL WORLD around us… not online rabbit holes. That reminds me, what part of REAL WORLD London has fallen?
