I normally find any reason I can to disagree the Hoddle when he is on co-comms but he is spot on tonight - far to slow in possession need to move the ball quicker and take more risks in the final third. Son and Moore should swap sides occasionally too. Will have to replace VDV and Richy early in the 2nd half and will need to be ahead before we do.

We're creating but not taking our chances.
Son has the run on the defenders the left.

Bergvall has settled after a ropey first 25.

Bentencur looks a little short of match fitness and Sarr looks scared of making a mistake so is taking too many touches on the ball.

Impossible to judge the keeper and the defence.

Hopefully them being on a winter break will make them tire in the second half.

Very weird atmosphere...very reminiscent of the night jol was sacked ( we were playing in Europe that night too)

Sonny has been...well, he's been like Sonny!! <applause>
Otherwise we are far too pedestrian.
Moore needs to follow Sonny's lead and take his FB on more and the MF needs to speed up their distribution.
Bergvall has been unusually poor, although improving as the half progressed.

We were just saying the same. Those substitutions have already changed the dynamics and he is weak spot for me....

I feel like I slag him off every game but he just doesn’t ever look comfortable to me. If Italian clubs want him in the summer then the club would be mad to say no if it meant getting their money back.

If you suffer from insomnia, just record this game and watch 20 mins, you’ll be asleep in no time.

If we told Tel “hey, man, you should watch us tonight to see how you’ll fit in!” I reckon he’ll have informed Bayern that he’s happy to stay on their bench for the rest of the season.
