Has to be Twix for me - the combination of soft caramel and crunchy biscuit enveloped in chocolate. Yummy

Lunch was some leftover pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce and a mug of Bovril. I am on week 5 of my new lifestyle - no alcohol, much-reduced sugar and animal fat, plenty of veg and wholemeal bread/pasta/rice plus more exercise. I’ve lost 8kg (a stone and a half in old money) so far. Sleeping much better and energy levels generally much higher. I can heartily recommend it.
