It is what it is. Like a few have said we can't change anything. We have to get behind him and support him. We support Leeds United and he plays for Leeds United. I'd hate to see if some of the home fans start having a go at him on the next matchday because he will start against the Blades. Understand they pay their money and have the right to blab what they like and have different opinions on things but support the club if your a supporter. Thing is we always like to find a scapegoat to grunt frustration some player makes a howler and nothing is said ie Joseph missing a sitter and not only once this season, its "unlucky kid but you will come good." Bamford, Mes or recently gone Cooper make 1 mistake they are complete clowns and utter gash. strange way we support certain players in similar circumstances. Some we just give up hope on and curse. some get the arm around the shoulder. Mes is the best Keeper at the club if he wasn't he wouldn't be playing. so blame Farke and the coaching staff for playing him if you personally don't rate him. Yes it was a absolute howler but he needs us right now. he didn't go out and personally do it on purpose. yes he has made some mistakes but my god he has pulled off some decent stuff aswell that save last season at Leicester won us the game these things even out. Its shyte I'm pizzed as much as everyone but hanging the lad out to dry isn't the way. need to give him a big cheer against the Blades show him we are behind him.

I always had the impression Doc was struggling with something more personal and his outlet was on here. We all handle what goes on in our private lives differently, Doc seemed to have lost his biting point when it came to Leeds frustration.

Jammy posts elsewhere now, I spoke to him via a message and he never indicated what the problem was on here.

Some of the posters at the other place are far more negative than what goes on here. Ruling that out I have my own theory on why he has avoided this forum.

When I was a supervisor many years ago, as a young 20 year old, one of the women on my team was the most awkward person I’ve ever met in my life. I can’t describe how bad she was and I always wondered how she’d never been sacked.

My manager said have more patience with her, nobody knows what happens behind closed doors at home and what problems people might have.

It was many years later I discovered her husband used to beat the crap out of her ensuring their were no visable marks.
Mrs Jammy knocking **** outta Mr Jammy eh?<yikes>

Evening all.
I think I remember Forza saying he was from Billericay in Essex. I could be wrong but if anyone knows where he is let me know as I don't live far from there.
If I'm totally wrong and my damned senility is rearing it's head again please ignore this.

My thoughts on Mes are that the amount of times the opposition keeper is MOM against us. It is extremely rare that a keeper makes a blunder against us. We'll have a great build up, a rare pin point cross or a moment of magic to score. We missed a pen because it was a **** one.
With Mes we see some truly spectacular stops, but most keepers do that, we see that he is **** at penalties. I'm not asking for him to save all of them, just the **** ones. Most important with Mes is that he is very prone to an.error.
I will accept that the ball spun excessively on Friday.but has he never had a ball spin before?
He was trying to throw himself down on it.
Watch the ball, see it spinning as it does 80% of the time, and, as has been said DEAL WITH IT.
He's a professional goalkeeper and dealing with a spinning ball is a basic skill that a kid would have.
I felt sorry for him because he ****ed up really badly.

Whilst I agree with a lot of this, with Joseph it is his break out season so you would expect some nerves as he tries to become the No. 1 striker. As I said previously, Mes has been our first team goalkeeper for several years so you would expect these type of mistakes (and every keeper will make one) to happen less often. He just doesn’t seem to be making any improvement. I openly admit that I contradict myself goalies have long careers so my fear would be that we are putting him through his apprenticeship and if we sell he develops into a top class keeper for some other club.

He’s definitely that way somewhere and I think LoL is not far away either (Dagenham?). If he’s chosen to leave the stage by the side door fair enough, I just have a nasty hunch that’s not the case.

I certainly don’t know him. I’m in Billericay, I do seem to think he posted that he wasn’t far from me, wouldn’t be Dagenham. Hopefully not bad news.
