    I'm no fan. This signing would have Kyle Lafferty vibes....

    Id rather go with Mayenda than Weimann personally but thats just me

    Fair enough he scored today but i dont think hes that good, possibly as an impact sub id have him

    The other 2 lads its hard to tell after 1 game, Gueye looked good 1st half but thought he was really poor 2nd, the lad that scored the 4th hard to tell as derby been so open since hes come on - loved his finish tho

    Age and experience does not always equate to being a great leader, leadership is about more than that it is a mixture of a lot of elements. Respect, charisma, man management, strength of will, decision making, strength of character, Empathy, and probably more that I may have not even listed.

    Yep.. but things like man management are learnt over time or certainly something you get better at over time. Empathy, something you get better at through life events. The longer you do something generally the better you’ll get at it. Would you rather have ten 21 year olds straight out of Uni running your company with no experience whatsoever or a mixture with some older heads who’ve done the job 30 years and know the ins and outs?

    First PL loan striker goes. Koumas to Stoke.

    not for one second saying I’d have him, just that the loans have “started”

    Quite liked what I saw from Fieldson, but it feels like he’s had one foot out the door for a while (only wanted a 1 year last summer iirc) and I don’t think he’s sufficiently standout for us to overcommit to.

    @Bob the Mackem

    Just to confirm. This is the whopper posing as you.

    Everyone else, spoke to Bob and this person is an imposter. @Gordon Armstrong you know what to do.

    Garbage behaviour. Had it a few times myself and it genuinely causes issues. No good. Snide behaviour.
