Perhaps people decrying today's cabinet appointments might like to reflect that Nadine Dorries, factually incorrect on everything from how C4 is funded (it was her brief) to drunkenly blurting out that Blair had a resignation honours list (and many more whoppers in between) was a Secretary of State.
