I repeat dialled from 9.28am and got through as no.27 in the queue. Thought to myself "not too shabby in the grand scheme". 5 minutes later i accidentally pressed redial, instead of speakerphone, and it started the whole process again. I then re-joined the queue at no.78!! I have been on hold for 1hr 53 minutes to date and am now 9th in the queue. Somebody shoot me now!!
After 2:59:04 I am finally sorted! One hell of a wait, but I have been working in the background, so not the end of the world! I must add that once I got through, the customer service was really good, as my request was a very complicated one and took nearly 40 minutes resolve!! I spoke to Peter and he was fantastic

I think both Asghar and Chapman who’s gone to Spurs came from Swansea with Martin didn’t they? Ultimately they’ve both gone for arguably better jobs at bigger clubs so could just be the standard football food chain at work.
Yeah, I think every single one that's come out has either been due to personal lifestyle reasons or just more money/bigger club/job progression and haven't heard anything to make me think otherwise. There's just been so many in a fairly short space of time. Just the way it goes sometimes I guess.
