Like many, I don't think he actually picks the team but he is definitely involved in match day squad selection. That raised alarm bells for me as I don't think he should have anything to do with it.

Well Norwich fans/journos confirmed that Still had spoken to Norwich, so that part of it is a load of ****e, which casts doubt on the feasibility of the rest of it.
