They thought they had Pedro.

Had to start from scratch after that.

Timing of shotas dismissal was abysmal though.

Yes and that was embarrassing as ****.

There were definitely safer/more experienced options than LR though even after we got knocked back. I wonder why Pedro did have a change of heart and turn it down.

I don't think we've got a realistic chance of getting somebody like Cooper

Much more likely to be somebody who has never managed in the Championship
which is basically rolling the dice

This is why I'm against sacking Rosenior.

Rolling the dice and starting from scratch squad wise isn't usually a good thing combination wise

Saw the training ground and thought **** that. Acun drop me off please, I have a connecting flight to Greece.

Or maybe he just decided to pop out for lunch ..

I’d piss myself laughing if he’s watched less than what me and several others have in a day i.e. two or three 90 minute games from earlier this season <laugh>

Might have just looked at their scorelines and not even bothered with footage.

I just typed "manager with most goals per game" into google and half expected Walter's name to pop up.

Irrespective of what was said, we've definitely hurt our chances of getting good loanees from big clubs too. Man City will be delighted with us because the coaching staff increased Delap's value exponentially, as will Liverpool because they did the same with Morton and Fabio. Now the coaching staff have changed they'll be way more hesitant and I'm sure they'll wait and see.

Thats the whole worry

But if it turns out we dominate next season
Ill be the first to.hold my hands up and say hey i was wrong
But i cant see it

Pretty much same here.

Imagine Liam goes to a Sunderland or similar, beats us to a loan target or two and finishes above us?

We all know that's not beyond the realms of possibility.

Over to you Acun. No pressure

A year ago man city couldnt even dream of getting close to 10m with options etc for delap
Hes improved massively while rosie was manager

I've listed the others who we've lost money on.

Who else have we spunked cash and lost out big on?

And acknowledging both sides and balancing an opinion that we should have kept Rosie is in no way one sided.

Sinik
Traore
Ally
Woods

Then there's expensive loans who didn't work out
Vale
Vinagre
Zaroury?
Twine?

Yep, and Liverpool will be able to get a right wedge for Morton and Fabio's a £20m player again.

Spoiler alert, Rosie's next club will get an influx of high-level loans.

That is a joke right and it's not really Fleetwood's training facility, is it?

I mentioned Sinik and Woods, but we got the majority back on Ali - again as I covered already.

I think lack of use of Zaroury comes into the 'difficulties' category reading between the lines of acuns Humberside interview.

Vinagres, vale, twine weren't long term liabilities.

Thats why im so dissappointed
Maybe im niave?

But i thought with rosie we were building something
It might not be all plain sailing
I thought wed rejuvenate the whole club
New training facilities etc
A plan

But it all seems to be non existant

it is not a joke
They spent a good chunk on it

Might have got majority of the fee back on Ally, how much of the wages?

Didn't say the loans were long term liabilities I said they were wastes of money.

I keep coming back to this but I just can't get my head around our financial situation. We have the money to go buy a club in Slovenia and provide a 'warchest' to our next manager with 8-10 signings, but have no funds spare to invest in the training ground and Academy - you know, those things that if we invested in would actually provide tangible benefits to recruitment and development of players. The funds used on improving infrastructure are OUTSIDE FFP, so have no bearing on our position, so to suggest we don't have enough money for that means we just literally don't have money. But then Acun goes and buys Maribor (I know the cost for that club would be quite small, but it's still money..)

They were in hindsight. I agree, but not catastrophic. That's my point.

Transfers have been mixed, but I would look at how much others have wasted and don't think we're particularly profligate in that respect compared to some of our peers

Thats what is so disheartening

Like i said maybe i was niave

But i thought we were building something long term
Like brighton or brentford

With rosie

New facilities

Just very meh imo and makes me think acun is here only for short term and for profits by getting a prem team as cheap as possibe

With some good fan pr
