I dont know mate...he didnt want to give much away..i kept asking questions though...just said Still was the key target. Said we would lose two key players but we will get a lot of money to invest IF and a big IF the funds went back into the team. Sounded like Clarke was off..but we know that..

I've said a few times that I'm just going to sit back and see what's what. Personally I can't see much changing, and I'm not moaning about it or complaining, what will be will be, but personally, and in my opinion only, major funds are needed to compete at the bottom of the Premier league, if a teams lucky enough to get up and I just can't see any u-turns from KLD in regards policy, ie wages, fees etc. You've put two big IFs in that post from someone that clearly knows stuff, so we'll wait and see. I hope I'm wrong mind, but I'm thinking it'll be much of the same next seaon with a few weaker positions if who we think will go, goes.

Probably a ridiculous thought, but any chance we’re delaying announcing a new head coach because they won’t want the new coach wearing anything but Hummel gear in introductory interviews/videos?

Think the deal with Nike/JustSport runs until June 1st doesn’t it?

Players have already been wearing it.

I'm not against us waiting a few weeks to get the number one target like.

It can't drag on and on though. Ideally needs to be sorted for the start of pre season.

I think this is the point of KLD's policy though. Compete in the Prem without spending ****loads. So we have to do it by finding gems for peanuts, if that's not mixing metaphors. He's doing it a bit like Jafar; he wants to get in to the cave of wonders so he's telling Speakman, seek me out the diamond in the rough. But that means we'll have to spend a bit of time polishing those diamonds. The Premiership might still be a couole of seasons away. Personally, I think its more exciting this way, so if we don't sign established Championship players this summer, I won't be too upset.

I would have thought high end club management was far more appealing for him at this point. He's obviously in demand if Ajax want him.
What top jobs are available though? United? Bayern? Not sure either go for him.
