Now this really is one of those 'must win' games.
Fail to win and that really is season over (which it possibly is already, but you never know).
A bad loss really could be damaging as you say.
I think we will win this one. 1-3.

Drop to 11th if we lose which is not good at all! It's a must not lose game. We got the performance pretty much everyone expected against Leeds, this is the game we need to see actual real improvement.

Will we see a change of style/set up, change of personnel ( Jacob G will obviously drop back on ) or will it be business as usual with LR and his style and way of playing.

It's an extremely important game.

1-2 City

The other results meant that losing to Leeds didn’t really open the playoff gap further ( although it did reduce the number of points to play for).

We’ve lost the last 2 must win games and drawn the 4 must win games before those.

The only option now is to win a must win game.

Greaves back in - man of the match performance, including scoring the winner.

I think we'll see mostly the same squad and line-up as Leeds, except for Greaves coming back in for Coyle, and Jacob starting in place of Giles. If Coyle has recovered in time, Slater will be on the bench.

A nervy 1-0 to city.

If Leeds, Leicester, Preston or West Brom were all 'must win' then we were never realistically a contender.

But we were, it's just they weren't the must win ones. Stoke, Birmingham and Swansea were. And that's ultimately what's let us down.

Not this match but has anyone else heard that they are hoping to have Delap on the bench to play the last 20 against Middlesbrough?

I'm guessing it's bull **** as the person who told me had no backing to the story just he had heard.

Nowt official, but that was the sort of timeline that was suggested in Turkey. Supposedly when he comes back he'll be ready to train fully and rehab will be done, so I wouldn't say its out of the question, but maybe a tad optimistic. IMHO.
