So my 5yo grandson had to have speech therapy for a couple of years as he struggled with certain letters and sounds. He’s pretty much ok now. This week a new kid started in his class but didn’t speak much English. Frankie sat with him at lunch the first day which was nice. Next day my daughter goes to get him from school and the teacher calls her over. First thought was What’s he done now? Well, teacher saw Frankie sitting with the new kid, reading to him and having a laugh together. Teacher goes up and says I didn’t know you spoke kurdish Frankie. Frankie says I don’t, but I didn’t used to be able to speak either so I know what it’s like. What a hero.
Any suggestions on clearing blocked ears? I've tried the holding your nose and blowing, the yawning and nothing is working.
Haha I work at height it’s not bad after a little while highest I’ve worked is 125 meters like so this is probs a bit higher
Not been in any water, had a cough and a really heavy cold but that's going now, just blocked ears so it's like I'm wearing ear defenders all the time
Happened to me a few year back, it was a sinus infection, I was deaf as a post for weeks, our lass said the smell was awful from my ears until I got some antibiotics
The world's largest cruise ship, Icon of the Seas, has set sail on its maiden voyage. If there's an uglier ship sailing the seven seas I've yet to see it.
It’s funny how everyone has wildly different tastes, I would be horrified to have to spend one day on a cruise ship.
