10 points is a chasm at the bottom of the league my friend. Takes relegation sides half a season to rack up 10 points, which is why they are in the relegation zone. Its not like the top 4, where a couple of bad weeks can turn a 10 point gap into a 3 point gap.
Tbf I have a tad more experience at the back end of the table than you lot do It was our life for 10 years
Yeah, you gotta spend every single season See, you lot spend a billion a year so it's an alien concept, but if you spend 150, win a pot, spend a tiny bit and don't go anywhere, then spend nothing ... Well, er, you're gonna sit still. Unfortunate reality of football that owners don't want to acknowledge
Pffft, 10 years is that it? Back when I was a kid in the 90s I thought the club was actually called 'struggling Southampton'.
Love you lot. I like how casually people chat about the "old days" and how Saints were ****ing crap "but they did have le Tissier"
Think this is where the PL will see an independent regulator put in place. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67993371 a date is set for City hearing but he can’t say when, two other clubs know when the results will be in for a charge after the date city broke the rules. if Everton have broken the rules, then so be it. But hold the rest to the same rules/timeframe.
I don't really follow this shhite in any detail, but I thought I'd heard yesterday, that the reason Man City / Chelsea are appearing to be dealt with longer than Everton / Forest because the two time periods were under different rules. Probably bolloxs and I probably misheard or misinterpretated what was said.
I thought Man City and Chelsea claimed not guilty and Everton and Forrest pleaded guilty. I know which set are winning when it eventually comes down to who might have to pay the legal bill
Chelsea grassed on themselves. They havent plead not guilty, the new owners looked at Romans cooked books and are the ones who brought it to the attention of the PL.
