Yeh he wasn't going to give it then gets influenced by the crowd and VD crying in his face. Even in real time looked a good tackle, won the ball clean. Contact with Salah was a foot away from the ball after.

I think what the fans are mad about are all the little shoves that we are conceding frees for and Newcastle aren’t - been quite a few
Also we have had two cards for dissent which Newcastle seem to have gotten away with

I think the ref's done well overall. That decision to allow play on was excellent refereeing. Funny thing is it absolutely threw your players. You had so much space and a simple pass would've had Diaz (I think) in on goal but your players were suddenly confused by it and fluffed it.

Only just realised we're playing but not really in the mood to follow, hopes it's a good game for you all. Spent the day helping organise the funeral for my father-in-law who passed in the early hours this morning. He was Jewish and they were pushing to try and have the funeral tomorrow, earliest we could do is Wednesday, it's been draining... not a fun start to the year.
Sucky won't turn up until after the result...if it's the right result of course. I'm praying for him.
