Is it? Do you have a source? I'd be shocked if our budget is bigger than four of Southampton, Leeds, Leicester, Norwich, Watford, West Brom, Middlesbrough, Coventry, or Sunderland.

Who's blind to what? Are Boro getting promoted under Carrick? Were they any less likely to get promoted under him 5 games ago than they are now?

Is supporting our manager wanting him to shag us or is it just supporting the club and happy with the progress we've made?

The press association has someone there and all the outlets take their info from that. You will find quite often that match reports on various media outlets will be almost the same. Usually they are touched up a bit by each so they’re not fully identical but share a lot of the meat.

I find this quite intriguing as no one, not even the EFL site, has him down as having been cautioned but that would be the case of everyone is using the same press association information. However, I'm sure the HDM had someone watching and they say we only got 4 bookings too? Perhaps the used the PA stats?

Coyle was very clever, he wore a mask so the ref didn't know who it was.

Interesting Wednesday... Rooney now in charge at Birmingham...

I bet Rooney can't get to sleep at night worrying about what sort of system he'll be up against on Wednesday. You never know, he might do a bit of headhunting when they get chatting. For anyone who gets their football kicks out of talking about defensive clean sheets instead of attacking play this could be a good move for two legends who have seen it all.
