This is the biggest test, so far, for Sunak.

Apart from the 'war' in Israel is the situation in the UK.

Sunak needs to abandon his invisible man routine and stand up, shoulder to shoulder, with British Jews and Muslims ...

... this is no time for his usual timidity, he needs to be a statesman and get a grip on tge situation.

If grasping at straws was an Olympic event you'd be a cert for Gold.

The intricacies of relationships with Starmer, Jeremy Corbyn, Israel, etc, may be fascinating and highly important for some people ...

... but quite likely irrelevant to people more concerned with having enough money to pay their bills, feed their children and get a doctor's appointment.

This government are so inept they would probably fail to beat Hamas in an election if they were the only alternative <laugh>
I would be a pale second compared to you mind <laugh><laugh>

It isnt difficult to be fair... of all the modern politicians he is the most difficult to grasp in terms of what he thinks and would do

I can't see who you're quoting but it can only be Boris Johnson you're talking about ...

... by far the most vague shifty politician we've seen.

His Brexit campaign was virtually indecipherable as is most of his rambling rhetoric.

You are being kind to Boris there I think, but I dont think he was indecipherable, just plain wrong. I understood what he wanted to do, it was just plain daft most of the time.

You're wasting your time. Full ideological capture on display. They can't think of anything outside 'evil Tories' and any attempt to engage on anything else is met with a reset like a Westworld robot. Does not compute, mention Boris.

If I tax 33 million people £1.00 extra then I make £33 million, If I tax 1 person an extra £1 million I make 1 extra Million, If as a country we Tax large corporations like say google and force them to pay X pound's extra and they decide to move their UK operation to India for example we still get nothing but have put thousands of employees out of work which reduces income from the tax they pay on their wages.
Do I believe that these big companies should pay their fair share 'yes to a certain degree' do I believe they should be given tax breaks to offer employment in this country most definitely yes! It is a subject a bit more complicated than the media would have us believe but then again it would not sell papers or skew the public opinion depending on the narrative
  • Tories would say we have brought (place fake big company here (Nossan) to the North East and have given them some tax breaks and exemptions created 20000 jobs with the manufacturing of vehicles and the overall supply chain.
  • Labour would say ' Nossan makes 20 billion a year and only pays tax on 2 % of earning if you vote us into power we will make them pay what they owe'
  • Nossan piss off back to China we lose 20000 tax paying jobs and production from the North East and are worse off than when we started
like I said a bit more complicated than tax the rich, in fact I would say that governments would love the fact we bicker about taxation of the rich when the real crime is the amount of taxation that the poor have to pay on everyday essentials. They have us convinced that we have to pay and that it is the big corporations at fault and not the foolhardy and wasteful attitude of governments who consistently spunk money away and then ask us to foot the bill that is the real issue but we are not really talking about it because they want us to concentrate on another agenda.

another daily Rant lol
Mate there are many individuals making money out of businesses shuffling it around through accountants and shares and buildings, bitter that people may want them to pay the same percentage which in fact would be huge and help us to be a civilised nation who help the struggling. It needs sorting. It’s not jealousy, it’s having good values, being a good human.

Am I? Whereabouts?
Well it looks very suspicious …. I think a wealth tax would work if applied properly - on inherited wealth. Plenty of rich kids never done a day's work in their lives because their great great grandad made the money for them, and they'll pass it on to their own lazy spawn. We absolutely should not be taxing people extra who've made their own money.
You’re happy to pay your way though yeah ? Presume this was just a general comment. After all you would be helping people out

So I'm not always saying that then.

You need to read what people write rather than decide what you want it to say to fit your opinion.
