We have taken to giving teams a one goal start and on a fair few occasions a one man advantage
Yeah, we don't want to be outright bullies and we have to give them a bit of encouragement.

There is perhaps a little bit of arrogance about English teams in Europe (not saying B&H in particular, just in general). That because they play in the PL and come up against some random team from Greece or Slovakia or wherever, they should automatically be better cause they play in a better league.
When in reality the opposing team is quite probably a a regular in Europe and sometimes a national champion. So they've got the know how and habit of winning games, along with some players who maybe destined for bigger and better in the future.
Yep, hence why some play vastly weakened teams including kids and bench players then find they have to bring on the big guns to salvage a game.

We've conceded first quite a few times this year and always turned it around. Going down first has been a predictor of winning a game for us. I'll only worry if we score the first goal.
