Are you old enough to have seen Bring Me The Horizon when they used to play in Hull in early 2000’s?

Saw them play at Ringside on Beverly Road, not sure it’s there anymore but was a few doors down from Welly. There was probably about 50 people there and most were there for other bands. They were a very different band back then, I would never have imagined the success they’ve had but fair play to them.

Not into the screamo stuff they used to do. Likewise regarding their success but, they are one of the most progressive bands out there. They’ve got so many strings to their bow including collaborations with charts pop artists like Ed Sheeran, Halsey and Sigrid so it’s no surprise really that they’ve blown up as much as they have over the last 10 years.

They do make a fair amount of **** though <laugh>

Elvis at bonus arena or whatever it’s called tonight
I went to an Elvis night there a few years ago.
****ing hilarious
Women crying for scarves like it was actually Elvis himself (despite there being several of him performing, from young cool Elvis to sweaty fat, dead on a toilet, Elvis. <laugh>

They were very good performers though. Had an entertaining night
