The dynamic for the final weekend had now changed and with 3 teams involved it will be a case of who, if any can hold their nerve.

Most likely outcome will be all 3 fail to win and it's as you were, but let's not discount the possibility we could leapfrog our way to safety with a win.

My prediction

Everton Lose
Leeds Win
Leicester Win

Leeds relegated on goal difference with Everton

I'm usually wrong unless it is Jesse related ;)

Can anyone say that they have enjoyed these last two seasons. Me personally have hated it, been embarrassed by it, almost in tears by it, have never been as angry about anything than I am about this, and all to save spending £100m in the summer of 21. Catastrophic incompetence

Welcome aboard Doc. Jammy still claims he enjoyed it though

Yeah I've enjoyed them, back in the stadium after the 17 month ban. Every win means something at the time, most of the draws well earned and even some positives to be taken in some of the defeats. Staying up on the final day last season was still class.

The last few weeks have been tough of course, the back to back home hammerings and waiting for pts that never came. Football though <ok>

Funnily enough the dullest part for me of the last 5 seasons was the last couple of months at the end of first season back. Safe from relegation, side winning games - all for mid table irrelevance. Win lose draw, didn’t matter. No nervous anticipation. Every other season, felt like every match mattered.

Sports about theatre. We provide it. Even if it’s largely been of the rotten egg variety in the last 2 years. <laugh>

I missed 140 mins of that season. First 5 mins of Leicester game when they scored early in November. 1st half of Sheff Utd game in April and the full 90 of the win at Man City in April <doh>. Seems I lost my dedication in those final 2 months so you must be right <laugh>

Lots of media talking Brendan Rodgers how do we feel about it?
Not much success at Leicester in the end, however must have been a lot of problems behind the scenes as they are in turmoil, which were possibly out of his control at the time.
However in our boardroom <yikes>.
I tell you who i would quite like now is Ranieri.

The behind the scenes stuff would want to be sorted before he’d even consider the job
I think a lot of the behind the scenes stuff has already happened. 3 weeks ago Radz was odds on to buy AC Milan but last week pulled out, which can only mean he was expecting relegation and then this week it’s Sampdoria and an almost done deal. This must indicate he is leaving which means final details been sorted for sale to 49ers. I think a new DoF will be announced once the season is over, Sam and Co gone we should also hear from the club about the future.

I have no faith in anything being sorted and fear it will drag on throughout the Summer.. Rads has previous after all and he might not sell just yet.
Posted same elsewhere that he's that deluded he might think he can win promotion and get top dollar again for the club thus wasting the parachute money as well.

Half a dozen La Liga clubs circling already and now this:
Unai Emery is eyeing a move for Leeds United striker Rodrigo Moreno in the summer transfer window, according to reports.
Aston Villa are expected to be busy in the coming months as they look to back their Spanish manager in building a squad capable of competing at the top end of the Premier League.

Brendan Rodgers… the man who almost took Liverpool to the league title (before they choked) . Then after flattering to deceive gradually made Leicester worse until relegating them. Which version would we get?

Meant to be a good, respected coach in the game to be fair.

It’s interesting which coaches seem to float people’s boats. Usually seems to be the media darlings. Always found Rodgers a bit annoying myself but I’m a tart and I’d get behind any manager, who wants to buy a new defence <laugh>
