Guimareas getting stick but he's tired .. he's top quality
That would be ideal. And for years they would work.We need Madison imo. Then Longstaff, Bruno and Maddi can be swapped around and they can rest them

Having to work more today tbf, Gordon ain't a midfielder. Big change after the half time re org.

Isak is class... he's definitely not a waste of money
If he had have scored even one of those shots he'd be looking good. As it is, he'll need to wait for his chances. He'll do ok given time.Indeed. It does make you wonder where this leaves Gordon?
I'm not sure I can remember a more technically gifted player for us tbh.
Okay Bruno, Joelinton etc have exceptional skills and work rate, but Isak looks like he can do anything and go on a run and never lose the ball, it's Gazza esque.

Man, no way can Leeds stay ahead of Leicester at this rate.
DrawThe question is. Who do we want to win in the spurs Liverpool game?
He doesn't have the strikers instincts to be the main man in front of goal, but give Isak a bit of space, a yard to run and he can get past anyone. The ball sticks to his feet, but he has intelligence to go with that, he knows when to pass and when to shoot. He doesn't think "I need to score" he is happy to assit, when he scores he congratulates the assister.
I think if Wilson is getting too tired to be in the starting 11 every week, we need to sign a new forward and stick Isak to that left side from now on. From that position he will one day be one of the best in europe, no doubt.
I'd previously not thought that Isak was an out and out striker, but the striker's instinct he showed Vs Forest, Spurs, Brentford etc suggested otherwise.
Today it wasn't really happening, and we needed Wilson for the striker role, but I'm not going to necessarily say he can't be a central striker yet. Yes another striker in the summer please, but Isak continues to amaze me the more I see of him, so I won't write him off as a striker just yet.
