It was definitely a red, he’s studded him and cut his face and their player was barely leaning down. Stupid

I'll never get why that's a red, if there's no player there its not a red...

Its not a tackle, its an attempt to control the ball. Oscar couldn't even see the player, if he put his head there, it'll get hit.

Same as if they both try and head the ball, should it be a red if one heads the other instead of the ball?

Think it probably could be considered reckless, still a little unfortunate though.

So any player attempting an overhead kick should see a red card then. Game is ****ing soft.
High foot yes, dangerous if he saw their player yes, intentional no a yellow card no more.

No intention to foul. Genuinec attemp to simply control the ball. Not even stupidly high. Never a sending off.

The crowd are refereeing this game, we’re not going to get anything our way today.

It's always like that at Millwall - that's why they're so hard to beat at home, their crowd really is the extra man, fair play to 'em.

We can appeal the red card and I think that'll be rescinded.

We're actually having shots on goal, so can't complain about the performance away at Millwall.

Decent first half IMO, we looked better organised, kept them at arm's length for the most part. Pity Oscar getting sent off, but no argument with it. Going to be a tough 2nd half, can we see it out?

Strangely I thought we looked better in the 10 mins when down to 10 than the first 35

on the plus side, the grimsby defender we allegedly want to buy has two assists and a goal by half time.
