In my (minimal) experience with Finnish people they tended to like rock music rather than Soul. The times that I’ve spent in Helsinki rock music was playing everywhere and on every jukebox.
I agree with you to a point. Had Semenyo played with Wells in the box instead of playing so deep, then I think it might have been a different outcome. Maybe (hindsight) had Conway, have started along side Wells ,again may have had more joy with those crosses..
Last season in the main it was Martin Semenyo and Weiman and for me Semenyo played better alongside Martin. Weiman seemed to benefit with goals as well. This season it's been Conway, Wells and Weiman. A conundrum for Pearson. I prefer the style of play this season...... so far, however Pearson may have to mix and match along the way.
I agree, Wells & Conway together seem to have more of an understanding between them, where as Semenyo is a more individual..does more of his own thing.. Like you say, maybe there’s a time when NP mixes it up to suit.. Our pressing and on the front foot (which I liked) lacked last night, back to old ways..
Forest Green Rovers and Brian Tinnion A report yesterday in Bristol World claimed Forest Green Rovers were looking at City's academy director Brian Tinnion to fill their role as the new director of football. The good news is there has been an update from Gloucestershire Live who say the League One club have made an approach for Cheltenham Town's director Micky Moore. The article adds permission has been granted for Moore to have a discussion with the club so we'll see how that one develops.
I was there with the Missus on Monday Went to the Fish Place on the front for Fish & Chips which were excellent (again)
