I can't see the logic for James going to Spurs for us or for him. He'd be a bench player at best IMO and I think we'd struggle to find a replacement between now and Thursday. We've got 4 days till the window slams shut and today and tomorrow are Weekend days technically and Tuesday is a match day. Unless we can suddenly get a bid together for Sarr and push it through Wednesday night Thursday morning I can't see James leaving. You've also got it remember from what I understand we're still trying to get Hwang from Wolves but that can only get through if they can get that Austrian from Stuttgart.
And the week after we loan him Harrison will get injured

However does Marsch use wingers as wingers? Dont think he does. I think he has them playing more narrow and why he has used Aaronson and Rodrigo there. Yesterday hardly used Dan James as an out and out wiger raging down the right wing like Raphinha, think he was sent 4 balls down the flank for him to chase with 2 going out, one intercepted…. Half wingers?
So on that basis Wolves clearly believe the Austrian is better than Sarr. Why don’t we just go and get the Austrian ourselves instead of another surplus to requirement wolves player
Firstly Sarr's at Watford and Hwang is at Wolves. Why not go for the lad at Stuttgart? Maybe cos Marsch wants Hwang. Marsch seems to want to bring in Players he's worked with. Adams. Aaronson and Rasmus. You've got remember we went in for Minamino but he joined Monaco. All worked with Marsch at Lipzig and Salzburg.
I don't want us to sign any players who's name was decided by throwing the contents of the cutlery drawer on the floor.
But that would suggest we can only sign ex Marsch players. Wouldn’t say much for ortas scouting skills

A decent LB is more of a priority imo. At least with the striker position there are a few options to play there - including Sinisterra.
At LB we only have Struijk and he isn’t one anyway. Ok there’s also Hjelde but he isn’t one either really - and too inexperienced.

And Firpo and he's not really one either.
That suggests that Marsch likes to buy ex-players. Regarding the scouting system it's not really great. There has been too many duds that have been brought in by Orta. Anita, De Brock, Firpo and Grot to name some.
Summerville is going to be better than James in this system.
Sell James to Spurs as we have Aaronson, Rodrigo, Harrison, Sinisterra and Summerville who can play the 'wide' roles with Klich, Greenwood, Aaronson, Rodrigo, Gelhardt all capable of playing at 10 behind a 9 (who is injured).
Use the money to buy a 9 and a young left back to push Firpo (who is ****) out of the door.
