That's because football clubs have no idea how your scoring system works either, they are so confused that they are not producing the correct results that they would've done under the old scoring system
I should point out, that if at the end of the season I am either first or second in the league, then this is the best scoring system ever invented, but until that happens .....

The way I understood the rules was that you got 3 points for the correct result + 1 point per goal for that game only. However if you get the result wrong, you only get a bonus point for having one of the scores in that game correct, no matter the number of goals scored, hence as per Stonkin's example in the first post, a prediction of 2-3 when the result is 2-0, earns you 1 point So you get 7 points for the Man City game, 3 points for correct score + 4 points for the goals scored 1 point for the Forest game as result incorrect, but correct number of goals predicted for Forest and 1 point for the Chelsea game, as again result incorrect, but correct number of goals scored by Chelsea.
