Just got back from Ibiza. I'm way too old but couldn't resist going back. Not exactly a classy holiday and spent a small fortune going to the likes of Ocean Beach and Ibiza Rocks. Went to a fantastic couple of restaurants tho!
Never too old for Ibiza :emoticon-0103-cool:

Few week before our next one 30th august two weeks in our favourite place
Stalis Crete
Heading over there mid September. First holiday abroad in three years and first one without kids for 19 years. We had our honeymoon in Stalis 20 years ago and really liked the place and hopefully it will be as good this time as it was then.

Blue Sea Beach Hotel - it looks decent and the reviews are pretty good.
Yeah very nice place little along the way from the main area
However still only ten minutes walk it’s in a lovely spot we are staying basically out the back of you hotel
Across the main road in the rainbow
The distance from the main area will not bother us
Enjoy Stalis it’s realy great place

We ventured into Antalya last night, we had a great night, wives done a bit shopping whilst us blokes had a beverage or 2 and entertained the kids. We had a lovely Turkish meal around 10 bells then sank a fair few bottles of red. Kids are happy and bonding well ( cousins ) which makes the holiday ! We can relax and just take the whole place in. We are heading to Belek tonight to see what’s around. Happy holidays people and enjoy

We’ve got them booked for Wednesday, I’ve reassured the wife that Oliver’s Army recommended it, if it goes pear shaped I’ll let you know
Pressure is on then. How old are the kids? We are also going to book the Land of Legends waterpark, it's not too far away

We have two 12 year olds, a 13 year old, two 15 year olds and a 17 year old. The Sister in law gets here tomorrow with her brood and they are 4, 5 & 7 which will liven things up but the kids make the holidays for me. Love seeing them happy & playing together.

Corfu in 3 weeks. 1st sunshine holiday in 3 years. Cannot bastard wait. If those little ****s (the kids) spoil it, then there may be empty seats on the plane on the way home..........

Belek very family friendly mate, we didn’t get around very much as one of the kids wasn’t feeling too clever. It seems to be a lot like Lara beach, large hotel complexes aimed at families. We found a bar called Dali which had a fella playing a guitar and singing, mainly sheesha bars from what we seen but very laid back. Really nice place. You will have a cracking time

Cheers for the info mate, good to know. It does look similar to Lara beach with all the hotels on the beachfront as you say.
What are the temperatures getting up to?:emoticon-0157-sun:
