During the 'Dell' saga I was told stuff that sounded like fantasy but is now accepted as fact or at least a good possibility.
Developing the Metro station and Sheepfolds was one of the more outlandish ideas but it's now happening in a way they imagined, although they wanted more.
Some of the plans will never happen now, like having a mini stadium close to the AOL and involving the Uni. They apparently looked at Loughborough and wanted a similar set up.
I've no proof but I posted it all anyway, people can take it or leave it ...
... but some can't manage that and have to go on the attack as if you're being paid to post.
