So what if only one person of colour applies and is massively under qualified? Doesn’t meet any of the criteria. They have to be interviewed? Pure exercise in frivolity. if there’s a person of colour who is suitable, so be it. But if not, to be forced to interview one is ridiculous
Thats the criteria for the NFL, the rule in football is a variation of it. I'm assuming you just have to show that you have opened the position up to everyone.

His tweet Agreed mate. Down at this level you're just an after thought as far as the media are concerned and it brreds disrespect towards clubs down here. As someone who used to go and watch Hartlepool at Victoria Park when we didn't have a game, I've always given sone respect to teams down here, but I'll give a bit more when we do get back.
To an extent I agree your comments Sol Campbell is probably more responsible for the failure to appoint black managers than anyone else as a result of the way he approaches matters. I do find it surprising that we do not have more black coaches which would lead to more black managers. Why that is the case I have no idea. I've always been a believer in the best person for the job regardless of any other factors. Hopefully things will change Anyway enough of this what about KLD
