Let’s hope it holds out on Sunday then. A win against Stoke and we have a guaranteed 7 point gap to 7th place, however the other results go. I think we were 18th or 19th after the same number of games last season.
Amazing how each game has raised its importance now and not even half way yet. We need to amass points up to Christmas - god knows what will occur after that with the ACoN due to start. As has been said we may have to be sharp on the loan front to fill the gaps - be a great shame for the lads that might have to go away to miss out for a couple of critical months.
I know 'rangercol' hates Norwich but l really detest Stoke ( more than any other team ), so truly hope we can beat those sods. The points gap would be a bonus.
Here's a thought and it may have been mentioned before, apologies if it has......... but with Ilias going to be missing with AFCON for January unless COVID intervenes, how about making a cheeky offer to Palace to take Eze on loan for 2 months to get him back to full fitness to fill the 10 role....... Don't ask, don't get.......
Well what a 2nd half that turned out to be! Although at times i thought Barbet was playing for Derby. Some wonderful strikes giving us a real season of hope. Special mention to Dunne at the back. He has been excellent this month.
With Fulham 1st and QPR 3rd it's surreal to think 40% of the PL next year could be comprised of London clubs.
20% from West London maybe! That's if we're being generous and counting TW8 as West London of course...
Yes, Barbet was the only negative . Everyone else top drawer. Roll on Sunday and let's have the place rocking.
