i don’t get when people compare other jobs to ‘football’ Regardless of wether footballers and those see it as a ‘job’ they and everyone else knows it’s no ****ing night shift or a 12 hr shift. it’s a bit of an insult to everyone who actually grafts for minimal rewards to suggest that football just a ‘job’ and should be treated in the same manner as other jobs. Not the same at all…just like getting sacked and picking up 8 mill isn’t a normal scenario, football is not a ‘normal’ job. it comes with its own structure.
The point is it’s not a normal job so it’s understandable that it doesn’t work like a normal job. nothing to do with the money. Its like sport in general don’t allow you to take performance enhancing drugs…why’s that then?
Injury prone and tbh been a massive flop at Barca I can tell he doesn’t have the minerals for the PL one of them names though…well known but that’s about it. Had his best years at Dortmund, reminds me of Dele Alli with regards his career progress. You’re doing that new money thing init
The old Arabs in Manchester were willing to pay that much…hopefully we rinse the new ones for 200 mill
Newcastle are 2 or 3 seasons away from a trophy. If Kane wants to win things in his prime, then Newcastle aint the club for him. They are in a relegation battle and have players like Joelinton ffs. There's no way they are attracting managers like Conte, Zidane etc right now. The best they can get is maybe Frank Lampard, who has a point to prove in the PL, or maybe Jose Mourinho, because of the Bobby Robson link and also has a point to prove in the PL after being sacked by Spurs.
