The 1st half was impressive and should have pushed on but that's the beauty of the NFL its swings a lot more than top flight football .
I really do hope my Raiders can go 3-0 but it seems to good to be true (especially with Tua out). Lump on Dolphins this weekend.
We are very good against top 10 teams but tend to fall apart after Thanksgiving. Last year we scraped a win against Jets and got destroyed by Falcons yet won on the road against Chiefs and Browns
Another Raiders MNF coming up again . Should be enjoyable . Dont have Sky sports so it's my main watch of the week along with Redzone . It'll be tough to come out on top of the AFC this season . Tampa are gonna be extremely hard to get past in the NFC.
I agree with most of that, heck I was yelling at the tv not to keep running Cook on first down in the second half once the Cardinals had adjusted to it and the running lanes closed up, but I'm fairness you can understand not going for another play at the end of the match after what happened against the Bengals, however a couple of passing plays would have been good. So while I disagree with what happened, I can understand the thought process behind it, but maybe that just highlights how conservative Zimmer is In other news, as the Vikings are on late again sigh, I need a 6pm game to watch. I watched the Jags last week but they seem a bit rubbish.
Not sure, they were fun. This forum used to be very active but died very suddenly. Still at least there are some signs of life here. Surprisingly the Jags are doing okay against the Cardinals. Apparently even the Jags' defence is better than Vikings' defence, that's just depressing
imagine the last time you lost a regular season game was when you were 13 then you get drafted by the Jags
At least he'll get used to losing quickly. Meanwhile the Lions had a bit of a Vikings like defeat, as Tucker hit an NFL record 66 yard kick, which bounced over the crossbar. In the replay you could see the Lions fans begin to celebrate as the ball hit the crossbar, then quickly that celebrating turned to horror as they realised what was happening. Gotta say, I have a lot of sympathy for those fans!
On the bright side, at this rate I won't have to stay up really late this week as it'll be over by the end of the third quarter
A couple of good looking games this round Browns v Vikings and Chargers v RAIDERS. Rams against Arizona could be a good one also . I think Patriots will do well, to stay within 14 of Tampa
Yeah I'm glad the Vikings are on at 6, two consecutive late kick offs were quite tiring. Hopefully we can push on after beating the Seahawks, though I'm frightened about how Nick Chubb is going to do against our defence.
1...2 doesn't reflect how well they played in the first 3 games . They will have to rely on the offenset to compensate the defensive frailties but its good watching . Think the Patriots are gonna have to suffer a bit of a transition and it shows just how outstanding Brady is.
