So it turns out Andy Dufresne can now serve the papers to Prince Andrew's U.S. lawyers and that's good enough.

Massive change of events here. It means the case will almost certainly go ahead.

only if you want no diplomats in China , Russia and any other number of states who will happily start arresting them to use as pressure points .

Nobody arrested her though and she returned to the U.S. It's clear she has a case to answer for, neither the U.S. government nor the woman herself are denying she was responsible, so they should send her back for trial. Don't think she was a diplomat either was she?

Can you imagine Andrew sat next to his brief in court, or in the dock itself?

Will make the O.J. Simpson trial look like Judge Rinder.
Oh ill be watching that if it ever gets there<laugh>
What does she want? Pay off or conviction?

If andy is found guilty of this that could possibly be the end of the royals.

This latest development has defo moved her closer to settlement than ever before.

The problem for Andrew is if he pays her off, it'll be known... along with a probable NDA so he'll be signing his own guilty verdict by doing it.
