That's the way I read it yesterday. But just to confuse us more, Scott Wilson in the northern echo on the back page saying it's expected to be a loan deal, then on the inside page he's saying it will be permanent.
That's from the chief sports writer FFS.

Clueless journos are clutching at straws,trying to cover all angles. The club has got it wrapped up tight......as I've said somewhere else,playing a blinder in this window.
