    Definitely this. There seems to be quite a few in our team who thrive in this manner. Leon Best and Tim Krul being the other two more obvious ones who have been told to prove themselves to keep their place.

    Mmm agree.. He'll get his chance though I'll imagine. Especially in that important cup game against Blackburn, I'm bound to think he'll start, same with Gosling/Sammy/Lovenkrands/Abeid/etc..

    Top class. Always rated him, excellent team ethic. Seems a bit of a character too which is good in the dressing room. Now adding some end product. Like Solano before him he has taken time to find his true level. I always say 1/2 years is fair time to give foreign players. Just shows how important it is to get the right character when scouting players.
